I have been working at Wentworth Court for 4 years, and I immediately felt the family atmosphere. We help each other for the needs and well-being of the resident and Wentworth Court professionally trains all the staff to best help all people with dementia. I am so happy to be part of this family.

At the heart of Wentworth Court is a team of people who are extraordinary in the most understated way. Led by our General Manager, Gez, our long-serving and highly skilled team combines clinical knowledge with genuine warmth and understanding, bringing quiet excellence to their work every day.

We are especially proud to have supported more than 14 team members as they progressed into leadership and management roles within the care sector, a reflection of the supportive culture we have built together.
