We are looking for full-time Care Assistants to join our Cheltenham team and provide exceptional care and support for residents living with dementia.
About you.
- With your person-centred approach to care, you’ll take the time to get to know each resident, their personality, routines, and all the little things that matter and bring them calm.
- With warmth and compassion, you’ll support residents with everyday life, including washing, dressing, grooming and personal care, always protecting dignity, choice and independence.
- You’ll be naturally vibrant and engaging, bringing positive energy to the day and enjoying getting involved in life at Wentworth Court – from activities, music and celebrations to trips out, events and spontaneous moments of fun with residents.
- Mealtimes are an important part of the day, and you’ll help make them enjoyable and relaxed, supporting residents when needed and ensuring food and refreshments are available whenever they would like them.
- You’ll build genuine, trusting relationships with residents and their families, noticing the little things that help someone feel safe, understood and at home.
- Weekend work may be required.
