Worthwhile Moments: Living Fully with Dementia

From the moment you arrive, you are met with calm, kindness and a sense that life continues to be lived well here. Living well with dementia is not something we strive for; it is simply who we are.

Guided by our experienced team, we know every Worthy journey with dementia is unique, and it’s this understanding that shapes our deeply personal approach to care – thoughtfully tailored to each resident’s story, preferences and pace of life.

A Worthy Life Everyday.

Residential dementia care at Wentworth Court is rich, fulfilling and reassuring. Days are shaped around purpose, companionship and gentle achievement.

Our dedicated Wellbeing Team creates a varied and uplifting programme designed to engage the mind, body and soul. From outings and visiting entertainers to intergenerational projects, flower arranging or enjoying a favourite film in our cinema, each experience is chosen to spark memories and nurture friendships.

Remaining part of your loved one’s life is so important. Whether it is a weekly church visit, bridge club or Sunday lunch with family, residents are supported to continue enjoying the routines and relationships that matter most.

We are passionate about creating days that feel familiar and meaningful, where gentle routine sits comfortably beside moments of spontaneity.

Exploring Dementia Care

We understand how choosing dementia care can feel overwhelming. We are here to guide you gently, answer your questions honestly and support you with every moment.

Feels Like Home.

Bedrooms at our Cheltenham care home are deeply personal spaces of familiarity, safety and comfort. Whether fully or partially furnished, residents and their families are encouraged to bring treasured belongings that make the room feel unmistakably their own.

Our shared spaces are carefully designed to feel warm and welcoming. Clear signage, subtle lighting and familiar design details support ease of movement and confidence, helping residents feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the home.

Our spacious, light-filled Atrium and café invite conversation and companionship, while quieter corners in our lounges offer space for stillness and calm, a place to pause, to sit together, or simply to watch the world gently unfold.

As needs evolve and abilities change, our care remains steady, gentle and deeply personal.
